04/10/2019 Little insider tip for the region! Very good small menu, clear and without sensory overload. The guest can choose between warm and snack menu. We had for the kid a great plate fries, crispy and hearty (not over-seasoned), fresh well-portioned and delicious starter salads, 2x very delicious tender suckling pig with 3 dumplings (2x dumplings Bohemian style and a super potato dumpling half and half) and 1x Steak with porcini mushrooms. The decor typical of the region rustic, great atmosphere. The hosts, son (boss) and father, super nice, attentive and accommodating. Our little, after the car not in a good mood, got his food super fast, rest and the mood was again great. Since our boys were very interested in the displayed products, we quickly got into a nice informative talk about fossils from the region. We wanted to continue the next day to Denkendorf Dino Museum, great tip. The visit to the Arzbergstüberl was really worthwhile. Price performance was great. Absolute recommendation, great kitchen. Gladly again.

On my bike tour in May, I was a guest in the Arzbergstüberl, stayed there and can highly recommend this inn. The inn is located directly on the Five Rivers Cycle Route just before Dietfurt an der Altmühl. The food portions are huge, the hosts nice. The room was neat, clean and cheap. The inn with its beer garden is quaint - so you really feel comfortable there. I return to the Arzbergstüberl in any case!

In spite of that I was dismissed quite unfriendly alone on the way. Tables almost all free. What I want ?, I was asked harshly. I replied: eat something. The gentleman, probably the owner of this inn, looked at me disparagingly from top to bottom and said, if I had reserved. No I did not. No chance everything occupied, again verbally very roughly to me. Thank you, goodbye, I responded and snuck.
